Robert
Helpful staff, excellent location close to 2 metro stations. And adjacent to Shinsaibashi and metro station, shopping street, and Osaka.

The value for money at Leben was exceptional, with spacious and comfortable rooms that exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, being close to the central shopping areas and yet slightly away from the crowds. The staff provided excellent service, from the friendly front desk to the attentive housekeeping team. The amenities on the ground floor, including a drinks station and thoughtful amenities, were a great way to start the day.
Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

Fairly clean, hip new hotel, I liked a nice size rooms and very amiable staff. The venue's position was comfortable, not far from Shinsaibashi shopping streets.

The hotel was stunning and the amenities were top-notch! The lobby had a free-flow of drinks and champagne during a certain time, which was super enjoyable. Also, the rooms were spacious and clean. Plus, there were multiple laundry rooms on different floors with TVs to check availability. The location was great too, with 24-hour convenience stores nearby and close proximity to Dotonburi.
The hotel had a high demand for washing machines, and it would have been nice if they had provided an alternative washing option. Also, the machines got locked until the previous user came to collect their clothes, resulting in long waiting times.

It's an exceptionally comfortable hotel in the beautiful building. A standard twin room has basic facilities you need. The location is comfy, so close to the alleys of Osaka, and Very close to subway station which has many shops - couldn't be better. Shinsaibashi district is worth your attention. Every time in Osaka we stay in this venue.

The rooms at this gem of a hotel are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed with a classic, minimalist style. The service is excellent and the location is great, just a short 10-minute walk from the vibrant Shinsaibashi shopping area. Plus, it's surprisingly affordable compared to other hotels in Japan.
Felt like a VIP, nothing to complain about!
